Speaker announced PA session on 18th of march.
As Governor announced PA session on 16th of March, so that PML-N people can not attend it. But, speaker announces the session on 18th of March by using his constitutional right. Lets see what happens.
Well if all members of PML-N are not attending the Provincial ssembly session on 16th, The required 'quorum' will not be complete and hence no point in having a session.
the postponement therefore by Speaker of Punjab Assemble might be politically motivated but it is perfectly legal and also bear in mind that it addresses the foreseen situation of 16th march, that if around 45% of memebers of Assembly who belong to PML-N do not attend, there can be no session of Provincial Assembly as such.
